Concerning the Role:
Title of Position: Executive Operations and Client Services
Type of Job: On-site, Full-Time
Monthly Salary Range: 45,000 to 55,000 (PKR)
Overview of the Job:
To join our team, we are looking for an experienced Executive Client Services & Operations professional. In addition to managing important operational tasks, especially merchant acquisition, this position will play a critical role in strengthening our customer relationships. To drive business growth and streamline operations, the ideal applicant will possess a strategic approach, outstanding communication skills, and a solid service history. This is a field job that involves providing services to several PaySa clients located throughout Lahore.
Principal Duties:
Services for Clients (Field Work)
In charge of restocking paper rolls
tasked with POS installation and removal
In charge of updating the POS software
Handle further POS-related technical concerns
Act as the main point of contact for client questions, grievances, and comments, enabling prompt resolutions.
Review clients on a regular basis to evaluate performance, obtain information, and spot areas that could want improvement.
Work together with cross-functional teams to guarantee that client expectations and operational deliveries are in line.
Oversee and manage all documentation pertaining to merchant records.
Work closely with outside parties to guarantee that merchant accounts are opened on time.
Take care of any settlement-related concerns, chargeback claims, double-charging, etc.
Serve as the sales team’s primary point of contact for service-level inquiries.
Oversee the whole merchant acquisition process, including relationship management, onboarding, and sourcing.
Produce and preserve records of merchant transactions and operating procedures.
Complete any additional responsibilities that the manager or supervisor assigns you.
Qualifications
14–16 years of study in business administration, commerce, or a similar discipline
Two to three years of experience in operations, client services, or a similar role, ideally in the financial services or e-commerce sectors
Demonstrated expertise in merchant acquisition
Strong analytical abilities that enable data interpretation and well-informed decision-making
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities with a client-focused approach
Capacity to manage several tasks and collaborate in a fast-paced setting
