This is a full-time onsite role in Lahore designed for professionals with strong project management expertise and a deep understanding of healthcare systems, compliance requirements, and digital transformation.
This position offers an excellent opportunity to work on high-impact healthcare projects, including EMR/EHR implementation, telehealth programs, remote patient monitoring (RPM), revenue cycle optimization, and hospital transformation initiatives.
The Business Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the complete project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and successful delivery. The selected candidate will lead end-to-end project management activities, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Responsibilities include developing detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation models, as well as implementing risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success. The role also involves developing business cases, ROI projections, and financial models for healthcare initiatives. Monitoring budgets, managing cost controls, and supporting revenue optimization initiatives such as billing workflows and payer integrations will be part of the responsibilities.
Healthcare transformation projects often require structured change management. The Business Project Manager will identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies, and lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and high user adoption rates through training and onboarding programs.
Managing third-party vendors, technology providers, and implementation partners is another critical aspect of this role. The candidate will oversee service-level agreements (SLAs), integration milestones, and contractual obligations to ensure project delivery standards are met.
