We are currently hiring a skilled Field Service Engineer for our on-site operations in Karachi.

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting digital printing and office automation systems at customer locations while ensuring excellent service quality and operational reliability.

Role Overview

The Field Service Engineer plays a critical role in maintaining customer satisfaction and ensuring uninterrupted business operations for clients using advanced printing technology. You will work directly with enterprise customers, diagnosing issues, performing preventive maintenance, and delivering timely technical solutions. This position offers exposure to modern digital printing systems, corporate clients, and continuous technical learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and commission digital printing and office automation equipment
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to maximize equipment lifespan and performance
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and execute timely repairs
• Conduct on-site visits and emergency support to resolve client technical problems
• Maintain detailed service reports, maintenance records, and spare parts tracking
• Provide technical guidance and basic training to client staff when required
• Ensure adherence to company service standards, safety protocols, and SLAs
• Collaborate with internal technical teams for complex issue resolution

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, IT, Mechatronics, or a related technical field
• Prior experience in field service engineering, technical support, or equipment maintenance is preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good communication and customer handling abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage field schedules efficiently
• Basic knowledge of networking, printers, and office automation systems is an advantage
• Willingness to travel locally for client visits
